- What's the difference between the free Quick Scan and a Full Scan?
- Both run the same check. The Quick Scan shows how many issues were found and how serious they are. A Full Scan tells you what each issue is, shows the evidence, explains how to fix it, and is reviewed by our team.
- Do you make changes to my computer?
- Only if you ask us to, and only with your approval on the computer itself. Every fix comes from a fixed list of safe, reversible actions.
- Can you guarantee my computer is secure?
- No one honestly can. Keepvik finds common, measurable problems — risky connections, exposed services, disabled protection — so you can fix them early. It works alongside your antivirus and good habits, not instead of them.
